before you start.
What files can I upload?
Upload construction drawings as PDF files. Specifications, addenda and other project documents can be uploaded as PDF or TXT files, then reviewed together inside the same project.
What are Project Intelligence units?
Units are the monthly allowance used for document processing and AI-powered project reviews—not API tokens. Questions start at 125 units; document processing and other reviews also use units. Your balance remains visible in your account. Processing pauses at usage or safety limits, and extra usage is purchased explicitly—there are no automatic usage charges.
What happens when the documents disagree or leave something out?
Field Authority identifies the controlling and supporting sources it found, surfaces conflicts and labels anything the project documents do not establish. It does not present a guess as a verified requirement.
What is included in the free trial?
The seven-day trial includes one active project and 1,000 Project Intelligence units. A card is required, and you can cancel during the trial to avoid the first $79 monthly charge.
Are my projects private?
Your project workspace is tied to your verified account. The Individual subscription is for one named user and is not a shared login.
